Precautions for the use of pneumatic tools

Jun 28,2021 / BY DEVELOPERS
Pneumatic tools are required to wear protective glasses, yarn gloves, earplugs and other protective equipment before use due to the characteristics of high speed, strong torque, and loud noise. They are long-haired and should be coiled up and fully prepared. Related pre-operation protection, pay attention to the following matters before use:
   (1) Before use, the operator needs to carry out a series of training on the structure principle of the main and auxiliary parts of the tool, work performance, precautions for use, and routine maintenance;
   (2) Check whether the air pressure of the pneumatic triplex is 6.2bar before use, if not, adjust it to 6.2bar;
  (3) Check whether there is sewage and impurities in the triple filter, if there is, drain and discharge the sewage in time (usually once per week);
  (4) Check whether the air hose and joints are leaking or loose, to prevent the compressed air pressure entering the pneumatic tool from being insufficient;
  (5) Check whether the pneumatic tool itself and pneumatic accessories are connected reliably to prevent damage or injury during high-speed operation;
  (6) Non-pneumatic tool accessories shall not be used on pneumatic tools;
  (7) Handle with care during use, do not work with illness, let alone throw, throw, drop, smash and all kinds of unreasonable use;
   (8) After use, wipe off the dirt on the surface of the tool in time, and timely oil it for maintenance;
  (9) Disassemble tools regularly (usually 3 months), clean and replace vulnerable parts, to ensure that they are always in good condition;
   (10) Pneumatic tools that cannot be repaired and have reached the end of their expiration date cannot be used continuously to prevent affecting product quality and hurting users.
